Located just off of the interstate, this B&B offers a unique and fascinating experience. With an engaging innkeeper, Marti, guests are treated to a history lesson and cooking lesson. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished, and the breakfasts are sumptuous. The inn is also home to the Presidential Culinary Museum, filled with fascinating artifacts. a truly memorable stay with lots to do in the area.
The toilet and shower areas in the Magnificent Polynesian room were quite small, which may be a drawback for some guests.

We spent Easter weekend in a charming bed and breakfast in a small town near the NC/SC border. The best aspects of our stay were the friendly hosts and the delicious breakfast made by a former Executive Chef to the White House. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, with the opportunity to stroll around the neighborhood or drive to local attractions. We also enjoyed browsing through the various displays and memorabilia throughout the house.
Our experience was great and there were no major negative aspects. However, the room we stayed in was on the smaller side and the bathroom layout was a bit cramped.
